The Pacer Cartage Rules Tariff establishes and explains the terms and conditions under which we will arrange for drayage and intermodal transportation services.  As we grow and improve, we will continue to update and clarify the Rules -- all part of our effort to provide you with consistent and reliable service.

While we will endeavor to provide advance notice of changes, we reserve the right to change these Rules from time to time without notice.  The term, conditions, limitations, charges and services of these Rules in effect on the date that the shipment is tendered for transportation will apply.
